It connects to any IMAP email provider (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, IONOS, OVH, and more), scans your mailbox, and handles noise like newsletters, spam, receipts, and notifications — so you only see emails that actually need your attention. Think of it as a smart inbox manager that learns your preferences and gets better over time.

This is a foundational safety rule: BumbleBox sends nothing without your click — Send, Schedule, or a standing permission you set yourself in BumbleBox for a precise scope (existing participants of a thread you opened, a message with no commitment), capped, logged and cancellable. Every other situation waits for your validation, and an AI assistant connected to BumbleBox can never change that permission. AI drafts replies for you to review, edit, and approve. You are always in full control of outgoing messages.

Yes. Your credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Sign-in uses OAuth 2.0 for Gmail and Outlook, and app passwords for other providers. BumbleBox keeps a working copy of your email on its servers in France, erased with your account. No human reads your email. French company subject to the GDPR (ICRAFT SAS, Paris).

BumbleBox works with any email provider that supports IMAP — which is virtually all of them. This includes Gmail, Microsoft Outlook/Office 365, Yahoo Mail, iCloud Mail, IONOS, OVH, Zoho Mail, ProtonMail (with IMAP Bridge), FastMail, GMX, and any custom IMAP server. You can connect 1 account on Free, 5 on Pro and 10 on Business.

Every email is evaluated against your unique communication fingerprint, not generic rules. The more you use it, the sharper it gets: every action you take teaches it to serve you better.

BumbleBox runs multi-layer threat analysis on every email: SPF/DKIM/DMARC validation, URL mismatch detection, shortened URL flagging, brand impersonation detection, urgency-plus-link pattern analysis, and sender reputation scoring. Dangerous emails get a visible red warning banner. Suspicious links are flagged inline.

Yes. Every move (archive, folder, trash) shows an Undo button, and any filed email can be put back in the inbox from the log at any time. Nothing is deleted permanently.

Yes. The Free plan is free forever — no credit card required. It includes 1 email account, AI classification of incoming mail (50 AI actions per day) and a 12-month mailbox history scan. Every new account also starts with a 14-day Pro trial, no card needed; after the trial you stay on Free unless you upgrade. Upgrade to Pro (5 accounts, 36 months of history) or Business (10 accounts, 120 months) anytime for AI drafts, AI chat, full cleanup and automation.

Most tools sort by keywords or rules. BumbleBox reads each email and combines 5 layers of signals to classify it, then drafts the reply when one is needed. It brings up to 10 IMAP mailboxes into one view, knows your contacts, and its assistant acts on request: "file every LinkedIn email" is done on the spot, and can be undone.

BumbleBox never sends emails without your explicit action. For inbox management, AI only classifies and organizes. For campaigns (Mission Control), you create the campaign, review every email, choose recipients, and click Send. Emails are then sent individually from your own account, spaced for deliverability.

The free plan includes imports from your BumbleBox contacts, CSV files, LinkedIn and GitHub exports. Pro and Business unlock all 29 sources: you connect your own API keys (Hunter, Apollo, Snov…) — most offer a free tier. Your keys are stored encrypted and only used for your imports.
