1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BumbleBox ("the Service"), available at bumblebox.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by ICRAFT SAS, a French company registered under RCS Paris 992 314 237.

2. Description of Service

BumbleBox is an AI-powered email management platform that connects to your email accounts via IMAP/SMTP protocols. The Service provides:

• AI Email Classification — Automated sorting of emails into categories (needs response, work, personal, newsletters, spam, etc.)
• Smart Reply Drafts — AI-generated draft replies that you review and approve before sending
• Phishing Protection — Multi-layer threat analysis to detect malicious emails
• Inbox Management — Automated archiving, folder organization, and inbox zero workflows
• Campaign Automation — Email outreach campaigns with prospect management
• Contact Intelligence — Relationship tracking and communication analytics

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You may register using Google OAuth or email/password. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account credentials secure.

3.2 Email Account Connection

To use the Service, you connect your email accounts by providing IMAP/SMTP credentials or authorizing via Google OAuth. Your email credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption and stored securely in Firebase. You may disconnect your email accounts at any time from the Settings page.

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans

BumbleBox offers three tiers: Free, Pro ($19/month), and Business ($49/month). Annual billing is available at a 17% discount (10 months for the price of 12). Plan features and limits are described on the Pricing page.

4.2 Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Upon cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any person
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or fraudulent communications
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the campaign features to send emails to purchased lists without proper consent
• Exceed the sending limits of your plan or attempt to circumvent rate limiting

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Email Sending Policy

BumbleBox never sends an email on your behalf without your explicit action. All emails require you to physically click the Send button in the composer. AI-generated drafts are always presented for your review before sending. Autopilot mode manages inbox organization only — it never sends or replies to emails.

Campaign emails are subject to daily sending limits (starting at 5/day during warm-up, scaling to 50/day) and minimum spacing intervals to protect your sender reputation and comply with anti-spam regulations.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points:

• Email content is processed in-memory for AI classification and is not permanently stored
• Email credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM
• We never sell, share, or monetize your email data
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is the property of ICRAFT SAS. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ICRAFT SAS shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the Service
• Inaccurate AI classifications or missed phishing detections
• Email delivery failures caused by third-party email providers
• Service interruptions due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ICRAFT SAS, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
