Everything you need to write about BumbleBox: a boilerplate in two lengths, the facts you can verify, what the product never does, the logo and cover files, and one person to reach.

Last updated: October 2026

Boilerplate — short

BumbleBox is an email assistant for people who run several mailboxes. It files the noise in every connected inbox and drafts a reply, in the user’s own style, for each email that needs one. The user clicks Send. Nothing leaves without them.

Boilerplate — long

BumbleBox connects to Gmail, Outlook and any IMAP mailbox and reads every incoming email across all of them. Newsletters, notifications and promotions are filed into folders the user chose; the emails that need a decision stay in the inbox. For each of those, BumbleBox prepares a reply written in the user’s tone, ready to edit and send.

The product is built on one rule: BumbleBox never sends an email without a click. A reply leaves when the user presses Send or Schedule, or inside a standing permission the user set themselves in BumbleBox for a precise scope, capped, logged and cancellable at any time. Everything else comes back to the user for validation. Nothing is ever deleted permanently: every move can be undone.

BumbleBox also exposes its mailboxes to AI assistants through a remote MCP server (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code): the assistant can search, triage and prepare drafts, and follows the sending level the user set in BumbleBox. The company behind BumbleBox is ICRAFT SAS, based in Paris. The API, the database and the processing run on infrastructure hosted in France.
