BumbleBox — Email intelligence: from inbox to action

BumbleBox is the email intelligence layer for people who run several businesses. It connects to your mailboxes via IMAP/SMTP, triages every account so only the things that need a human decision reach you, and turns the important emails into structured, signed events your other systems act on — automatically. Works with Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo, IONOS, OVH, and any IMAP provider.

For your systems — every important email becomes a signed event: an invoice flows to your accounting, a public tender to your watch list, a contract to e-signature. • Multi-mailbox AI triage — a content-first classifier reads every email (not just the sender) across all your accounts and surfaces only what needs a decision.
• Structured email events — important emails become HMAC-signed webhooks (invoice, tender, contract, deadline) that any app can consume. Connect a new app in about five minutes with a single drop-in receiver.
• Native electronic signature — detect a contract and sign it without leaving your inbox; your signature is stored securely and reusable across devices.
• Invoice & tender extraction — amounts, due dates, references and deadlines pulled out as machine-readable fields, not just a label.
• Phishing protection — multi-layer threat analysis: URL mismatch detection, shortened-URL flagging, brand impersonation, SPF/DKIM/DMARC verification.
• Never auto-sends — BumbleBox classifies, moves, archives and files automatically, but it never sends an email without you physically clicking Send.

BumbleBox offers three plans: Free (core AI triage, 10 accounts, 50 AI actions/day), Pro at €29/month (multi-mailbox, AI chat, reply drafts, e-signature) and Business at €79/month (full event stream and webhooks, priority support, advanced analytics, team features).

Security and Privacy

BumbleBox never sends an email without you physically clicking Send. Your email credentials are encrypted at rest, outbound events are HMAC-signed, and we never train our models on your personal email. We are GDPR compliant and never sell your data.
