BumbleBox is an AI email assistant that reads, classifies, and manages your inbox automatically. It connects to any IMAP email provider (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, IONOS, OVH, and more), scans your mailbox, and handles noise like newsletters, spam, receipts, and notifications — so you only see emails that actually need your attention. Think of it as a smart inbox manager that learns your preferences and gets better over time.

BumbleBox connects to your email accounts using secure IMAP/SMTP protocols. Once connected, our AI engine analyzes incoming emails to categorize, prioritize, and suggest actions. Depending on the autonomy mode you choose, BumbleBox can sort your inbox, draft replies for your review, schedule follow-ups, and auto-archive low-priority messages. All processing happens through encrypted connections, and your credentials are stored securely with AES-256 encryption.

Never. This is a foundational safety rule. BumbleBox can classify, move, archive, and delete emails automatically — but it will never send or reply to an email without you physically clicking Send in the composer. AI drafts replies for you to review, edit, and approve. You are always in full control of outgoing messages.

Yes. BumbleBox connects via IMAP — your emails stay on your mail server, not ours. Credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. We support OAuth 2.0 for Gmail and Outlook, and app-specific passwords for other providers. No human ever reads your emails. AI processes content in-memory for classification only. We are GDPR compliant, a French company registered in Paris (ICRAFT SAS), and deleting your account permanently erases all data with zero traces.

BumbleBox works with any email provider that supports IMAP — which is virtually all of them. This includes Gmail, Microsoft Outlook/Office 365, Yahoo Mail, iCloud Mail, IONOS, OVH, Zoho Mail, ProtonMail (with IMAP Bridge), FastMail, GMX, and any custom IMAP server. You can connect 1 account on Free, 5 on Pro and 10 on Business.

Free: 1 email account, 50 AI actions per day, smart inbox sorting, 1 campaign (50 prospects), 2 automations — forever free with no credit card required (AI drafts not included). Pro (€29/month): 5 email accounts, unlimited AI scans, 50 AI drafts per day, AI Chat, Autopilot mode, calendar & booking, 10 PDF signatures per month, 10 campaigns and 10 prospect lists (500 contacts each), 500 campaign sends per month, and 20 automations. Business (€79/month): 10 email accounts, unlimited AI actions, 500 AI drafts per day, Full Auto mode, 1,000 PDF signatures per month, developer API access, A/B testing, webhooks, multi-step automation chains (100 automations), 2,500 campaign sends per month, 3 team seats included, and priority support. All paid plans can be canceled at any time with no hidden fees. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

As a French company registered in Paris (EU), ICRAFT SAS fully complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We process your data only with a lawful basis (your consent or contract performance), you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data at any time, we implement data minimization, we maintain clear records of data processing activities, we notify users and authorities promptly in the event of a data breach, and your data is stored within EU-compliant infrastructure. You can exercise your GDPR rights at any time by contacting us via our contact page or through your account settings.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription." Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. If you need assistance, contact us via our contact page.

BumbleBox offers three modes you can switch between anytime. Copilot: AI suggests actions, you approve everything. Autopilot: AI handles routine emails automatically, you review important ones. Full Auto: AI manages your entire inbox — sorting, filing, and cleaning up everything. Even in Full Auto, BumbleBox never sends emails without your approval.

BumbleBox builds a deep understanding of how you communicate — who matters to you, how quickly you respond to different people, what you typically ignore, and what always needs your attention. Every email is evaluated against your unique communication fingerprint, not generic rules. The more you use it, the sharper it gets: every action you take teaches it to serve you better.

AI classification is not 100% accurate, and we have built robust correction mechanisms. Every move, delete, or archive action shows a toast notification with an Undo button (10-second window) to instantly reverse it. You can reclassify any email with one tap — this corrects the current email and teaches the AI for future emails from that sender, with 3x weight. Important categories (needs response, work critical, personal) are never auto-moved out of your inbox in any mode. And if threat detection flags a legitimate email, you can report it as safe to update the sender's reputation positively.

Yes. Under GDPR, you have the right to erasure (right to be forgotten). You can delete your BumbleBox account at any time from your account settings, which permanently removes all your data from our systems within 30 days, including email credentials, AI-generated drafts, action logs, contact data, classification history, sender reputation data, and all associated metadata. You can also disconnect individual email accounts without deleting your entire account. Before deletion, you can export your data in machine-readable JSON format. To request deletion, visit your account settings or email privacy@bumblebox.ai.

Yes, depending on your plan: 1 email account on Free, 5 on Pro, and 10 on Business. Each account is managed independently with its own settings, and you can switch between accounts seamlessly from the dashboard sidebar.

We offer several support channels. Reach our team via our contact page — we aim to respond within 24 hours (Business plan users get priority response). In-app help articles and guides are available directly from the BumbleBox dashboard. And you can follow us on Twitter/X and LinkedIn for updates, tips, and community support.

BumbleBox processes email metadata (sender, subject, timestamps) and content to provide its AI features such as smart sorting, draft suggestions, and follow-up tracking. However, your email content is only processed by our AI engine for the specific purpose of delivering these features. We never use your email content for advertising, we never share it with third parties, and we never train our models on your personal emails. You can revoke access to any account at any time.

When you delete your BumbleBox account, we permanently remove all your data from our systems within 30 days. This includes your email credentials, AI-generated drafts, action logs, contact data, and all associated metadata. Before deleting your account, you can export your data from the account settings. Once deletion is complete, the process is irreversible.

BumbleBox is a web-based application built with a responsive design that works on any modern browser, including mobile browsers on iOS and Android. You can access your dashboard, review AI actions, approve drafts, and manage your inbox from any device. A native mobile app is on our roadmap for future development.
